We have not published an index or a ranking, so there is no calculation to explain. This page fills in when the first one is published, and it is published before the figures are — not afterwards.
A ranking built on partial data says more about what we happened to collect than about the people in it. Where a table is published, it carries the share of the field it covers, and the limits are stated on the table itself.
